During my stay at Hotel Xcalak, I found the location to be quite convenient, right in the heart of Chetumal. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by a musty smell in my room, which detracted from my comfort. While breakfast next door was decent, the hotel could use significant improvements to elevate the experience a bit more. 🌐🤔
